Building brands for eternity.

01 — The problem

Most brands hire three suppliers. And look like three brands.

A social agency, a PR consultant, a photographer booked six weeks out. None of them are in the same conversation, so the campaign, the magazine page and the feed each argue for a different company.

02 — Positioning

We work only on brands bought for desire.

Couture, bridal, jewellery, beauty, hospitality. Categories where nobody needs the product and everyone must want it — which makes the image the entire commercial argument.

One house holds the identity, the campaign, the press and the room.

03 — Credibility

Nominated by the British Academy, 1949.

Ved Parkash, 1949, for his film Mahatma Gandhi's Funeral. His granddaughter runs this agency, and it carries his name.

It is the reason filmmaking sits inside the house rather than outside it. Three generations of deciding where the camera goes.

04 — Founder

Building a brand is building trust.

Lubhani Parkash — Founder & Creative Head

A brand is not a look. It is the accumulated evidence that a house means what it says — which is why the work has to survive the season it was made for.

Lubhani leads every account herself, and has hosted personally for Kiehl's, DLF Emporio and Bridal Asia. Clients deal with the person whose name is on the door.

05 — What we do

Six disciplines. One house.

06 — The mock

See the work before you pay for it.

Every prospective client is shown a mock built to their own brand, before a contract exists and at no cost.

Agencies normally ask a founder to buy something they cannot yet see. We invert it. You judge the work, not the pitch — and if the mock is wrong, you have lost nothing but a meeting.

07 — Process

You will always know what happens next.

Case · celebrity campaign

When you cannot outspend a house, borrow its trust.

Debyani & Co × Kareena Kapoor Khan · Bridal Asia SS'20
Challenge
A couture label competing for the same brides as houses with far larger budgets and longer histories.
Decision
Buy belief rather than reach. Attach the collection to a name brides already trust, and place it where they are already deciding — the pages of a bridal title.
Built
Campaign concept, celebrity association, shoot and film, magazine spread, season-long rollout.
Changed
The label entered the season with a national face and an editorial page — assets it owns and can run again, rather than spend that vanished with the campaign.
Case · international launch

Sell the craft, and the price stops being a question.

Namaskaya · Canada
Challenge
A hand-embroidery house entering an overseas market with no audience, and no context for why its work costs what it costs.
Decision
Lead with the hand, not the product. At macro range, embroidery makes its own argument — the thread does the pricing.
Built
Brand identity, art direction, product and campaign photography, launch films, full launch rollout.
Changed
The brand opened in a new market with a visual language a stranger could read as luxury on sight — and a template for every collection after it.
Case · hospitality

The feed is the front door.

Kylin India · Worldmark 2, Aerocity
Challenge
A pan-Asian restaurant in a competitive precinct, where every rival's grid looks like a delivery listing.
Decision
Treat the menu as a collection. Each dish shot as product, on a single house palette, so the restaurant reads as a point of view rather than a price list.
Built
Food and interiors photography, menu campaigns, festive and always-on social, brand films.
Changed
A grid a diner decides on before arriving — and a library the restaurant reuses every season instead of reshooting.
Case · accessories

Name the collection and it stops being a bag.

The Leather Garden
Challenge
A handmade leather label whose product was considerably better than its presentation.
Decision
Give every collection a name and a world — Iris, Freesia, Vintage Garden — so a buyer purchases a story rather than a product on white.
Built
Collection identity, moodboards and palettes, product and lifestyle photography, seasonal campaigns.
Changed
A repeatable seasonal format the brand now runs itself — the difference between buying a campaign and owning a method.

09 — Access

Couture is not sold in impressions.

Most digital agencies stop at the screen. Ved hosts: concept, guest list, production and press — so the brand meets its buyer in the room.

All hosted personally by Lubhani Parkash.

10 — Clients

Panerai. Kiehl's. Bridal Asia.

Bridal Asia alone spans a campaign, a magazine placement and a hosted event — three engagements, one house.
